We use block pricing, similar to tax brackets. The first 300 students are $3.00 each, the next 200 (301–500) are $2.00 each, and so on. Only the students in each band are charged at that band's rate — not your entire enrollment.
Yes — completely. There's no per-seat or per-user fee. Every administrator, teacher, counselor, and staff member is included in your annual student-based price.
Very small schools (under 170 students) would otherwise pay less than $500/year. We apply a $500 annual minimum to ensure we can provide the support and infrastructure every school deserves.
Yes. Prepaying for two years saves 5% off the total. Prepaying for three years saves 10%. Contact us when requesting a demo to discuss multi-year pricing.

No — they're alternative discounts. A Legacy Wall customer who's also subscribed to BlueBird Alerts pays $250/yr (the bundle rate). The 3-year commitment becomes the deal for schools that don't have Alerts. Whichever discount is better for the situation is the one we apply.
No. The $500/yr price assumes you already have a flat-screen TV (or any HDMI display) and a small PC — a $200 mini-PC like a Beelink or NUC works perfectly. Most schools already have one in storage. If you'd rather have BlueBird ship a preloaded kiosk appliance, we can — it's a separate one-time hardware quote, not an ongoing fee.
Your subscription includes one BlueBird Kiosk OS computer — and a single computer can drive multiple screens at no extra cost. A school can run, say, a touch Legacy Wall in the commons and a Beacon signage board down the hall from the same box (it's how our Northeast Nodaway kiosk runs today). Want a kiosk in a separate building? Additional kiosks are available at a reduced rate; ask during your demo and we'll size a quote to your campus.
The displayed content stops syncing to the kiosk, but your photo originals and records data stay in your BlueBird account. If you renew later, everything picks back up where it left off. We don't hold your school's history hostage.
Yes — every Legacy Wall subscription now includes Beacon, our calendar-aware digital signage, at no extra cost. The same kiosk can run your Legacy Wall recognition display and a live "today at school" board — calendar, upcoming events, announcements, weather, and more — on one screen, or on a second screen driven by the same computer.
